Who is this day retreat for?
This day retreat is suitable for everyone. No prior experience needed. Just come with an open heart and mind. We will be a group of up to 18 women of all ages. Yoga (suitable for everyone), journaling, meditation, sound healing and sharing circle. We will nourish ourselves with a delicious lunch and enjoy a day of self-care.
The location
The retreat location is located in Michmoret (south of Netanya) a gorgeous beach town. We will enjoy our day retreat at Studio Mala.
What is sound healing?
Live music- crystal bowls and other instruments that will allow you to dive in and relax. We will be laying down while enjoying the live music that will allow us to de-stress.
Which yoga will we be practicing?
Amalia yoga :) I lead a gentle yoga flow where we will focus on opening up our range of motion, stretch and breathe.

Refund policy
In case of cancellation until Nov. 23, you will recieve a full refund besides 10%. Between Nov. 23- 30, there will be a 50% refund. After that, no refund. In case of cancellation up until Dec. 4, you can change the date of your registartion to another day retreat.

Afterwards, 480 shekels.
