Why A Women's Retreat?
There is something so special about women coming together, for reflection and self development. Where you can take off your masks and JUST BE YOU.
A safe place where you can talk openly and honestly about yourself and your life, where you can make deeper connections and enjoy connecting with others.
Retreat Location
The retreat will be held in a gorgeous location in Ofer, near Zichron Yaakov. There is a small pool, lots of fruit trees and nature.

Sleeping Arrangements
There are two options
-Shared accomadation: in a big open space, the locatin provides big, thick, comfortable mats.
-A room in a "tzimmer": two bedrooms with two single beds in each. Shared bathroom.
Retreat Timetable
The retreat will begin on Friday 15:00 and will end Saturday at 16:00. We will open up a whatsapp group beforehand to make sure that everyone has a way to get to the location.
Is this suitable for first timers?
Absolutely! This retreat is PERFECT for you! No prior experience needed. Most of the women that sign up will also be experiencing their first yoga retreat.
External Workshops
Sound Healing
Live music- crystal bowls and other instruments that will allow you to dive in and relax. We will be laying down while enjoying the live music that will allow us to
de-stress. Led by Noa Temime- a certified nurse in Ichilov. In her day job, Noa worksin the premature babies ward and she will give us an incredible explanation about the effects of sounds on babies and humans in general
What is there to eat?
The most incredible food there is! Noa Kursh has been cooking for my retreats for the past five years and she is absolutely the BEST. The food is healthy, nourishing, vegan and gluten free. Fruit and healthy snacks, coffee and tea will be available all throughout the retreat.
Which yoga will we be praciting?
Amalia yoga :) I lead a gentle yoga flow where we will focus on opening up our range of motion, stretch and breathe.
What is the cancellation policy?
Up until March 21, full refund besides 10% cancellation fee. March 21-28, 50% refund. After March. 28 NO refund.

What about phones?
In our busy routines where our phones are constantly taking up our attention, we will try enjoying a weekend phone free. If you feel comfortable to hand over your phone at the begining of the retreat in order to fully immerse in the retreat, please do! And if no, phones will be on silent throught the retreat. If you are unable to disconnect, please notify us.
